LSP Ceramic Hybrid Bearings are in

Published by Gary at 2:57 pm under News

These bearings are the typical “Ceramic” bearings that you can buy from skate brands, and they are bearings with ceramic balls running inside steel races.

Usually these cost about $150+- but because LSP has gone direct to the factories you won’t have to pay for any branding and we can therefore sell them at just $45.

The bearings have removable rubber shields on both sides, and its red in color with 3 white “LSP” printed on them. However the printing was rushed so it turned out pretty bad this time, and its all smudged. Anyway thats just decoration so i don’t really care. Performance wise, these bearings are of excellent quality.

If you wanna spend more money on bearings, this would be it because there would actually be a real difference compared to spending money on higher ABEC ratings for example.

  5. Nicon 22 Feb 2010 at 4:24 pm

he he…… ceramic balls! lol :)

  6. Danon 22 Feb 2010 at 4:39 pm

if they’re ceramic hybrids they shuld last longer, like normal bearings, right Garry?

  7. Garyon 22 Feb 2010 at 4:43 pm

the $200 ones were full ceramic, and the races would break cos they were too brittle. these ones wont have that problem and are the usual “ceramic” bearings that skate brands sell.

  29. InNeedOfBearingson 30 May 2010 at 9:10 pm

Hey, as for ceramic bearings like these ones from LSP, is there any special way to maintain them? Or do i just do it the usual way of removing the grease and adding bearing lubricant?

  30. anonymouson 14 Jul 2010 at 6:19 pm

Does this bearings roll faster than abec 9?

  31. Garyon 15 Jul 2010 at 12:46 am

yes you maintain them the same way.

abec means nothing, materials is what matters most, so yes these are better than abec 9 steel bearings.

  32. Duzon 23 Aug 2010 at 9:12 pm

Are these bearings for longboards or can they be used for skateboarding?

  33. syahrizanon 28 Oct 2010 at 12:58 am
