Brunch By The Park Competition Results
So there was a competition held at ECP on Sunday 4th October 2009. We didn’t get any official info from the organizers so I do not know the details of event, or even who organized it.
Anyway, LSP’s very own Sebastien managed to take part and this is what i heard from him:
AFI won the Junior category
SEBASTIEN (representing LSP) won the 14-18 Category
FEROZE won the Open Category

I think judges makes mistake none of the about suppose to be . Afi and Farris are sponsored and they join junior and rookies.
What a joke.
Lets not talk about age . Ryan was 14 and he complete with the big boys. What the motive when sponsors throw product to the and they took part on such categories.completing with the newbie. Is’nt that a bully.
They should be in the open categories. And on open i think vasily should won.

and it not about u having sponser and nt allowed to compete in junior and rookies…it’s age.they are entitled to join the category they fall in..

Guess i totally agree the first guy. Only think he should had mention categories for the sponsored guys. Well skateboarding its not about age. Know yourself how good and join in with your level. Openly you know rookies and juniors standard even you suppose to be on that categories you should be giving other who are not that level to win. Anyway who cares its over.. You 2 should just kept fighting word i rather be Skateboarding.

well if u compare the comp results to that of us am competition, the am competition ppl easily step on us.
and its not as if the people winning the am arnt sponsored.
check out chaz ortiz. age cat shouldnt be the problem, but how long you’ve been skating for and how much you love it.
im really jealous of chaz ortiz cuz his been skating for 7 years and his so good. i just started this year and im same age as him

Singaporean skateboarders. Always. Always have gossip , criticize , bad mouth about people. No wonders all the good local guys cant go far. The be stuck there even they are a good skateboarder. They need your love.
to guys that criticize and comment on competitions, judging, etc. Hey, instead of just of just telling us the problem all the time.. why not trying give some good solutions too huh? I’m sure a lot of ppl would appreciate that. Whatever your intentions are, you are really not helping by just talking smack after everything is over… but you know what? We need ppl like you ard cos you are fuel for our motivation engine. Well at least mine… So maybe next time you might wanna give suggestions or tips o how a com should be run and judged.
