   I notice because in Singapore got very feel people skate as compared to other countries, once locals get good they become very arrogant. I notice there’s like a ‘gang’ thing going on in Somerset with those seasoned skaters.

    yeah true..they’ll be like,haha,a new guy who juz started skating.or they’ll look at you like one kind..juz becoz ur sponsor and very good,that does not mean you can be arrogant..at the same time,i see alot off poser lah,talk to much bout skateboarding but cannot skate,buy expensive stuff but wanna show off and cant skate lah

    maybe its because how singapore culture is. doesnt have to be only skateboarders. you can find arrogant people almost every. it could just be that singapore is still “conservative” when it comes to individuals opening up to strangers. being competitive is not all bad. you get the chance to improve yourself and compare it to the level of skating from others. ignore the politics, just skate. you will have fun skating at the end of the day.

    if no one support the local skateboarders, those who produce products and those who put in effort to make skate events here, i predict that there will never be a “pro skateboarder” in singapore. its not that easy to convince a company to sustain a gifted skater’s living.Skating in singapore will just be plain, old and boring. just my opinion.

    hey gary isnt webleedwood a team too?why arent they mentioned?i saw some of them
    skating go sports few days ago they are really good.but i seldom see them skate at parks.
