We have nothing against other sports and we would make it an inline only sport if inlining was the sport we were into. Our focus is on uncompromised dedication to the sport that we love and naturally this means the facility will be 100% dedicated to skateboarding. No amount of responsible sharing with other sports will make the place as fun or as safe as it can be and this is a fact. For example inliners may wax a curb more than skateboarders like, or a little kid on a skateboard who is not looking where he is going may crash into a BMX. Sorry about the phrasing "unless we are in dire need of funds" if it unintentionally came off as a jab at other sports. The line was put in as a plea to skateboarders to support our dream, and also to hint that the decision of not allowing other sports is firm but not set in stone. But anyway it doesn't sound nice so i have removed it. Put simply, providing skateboarders with the best place to skateboard is our only priority, and of course other sports will have to take the back seat.
