NParks SXC09 Singapore Qualifier Final Results
Well done to everyone that took part!
Thanks to Eddie/Go Sports for organising & funding the whole event!
The level of skating at this contest was amazing, the 3 stations skaters had to tackle were the Euro-Gap, Pyramid, and the 3-step rail/hubba . All the skaters annihilated the stations despite having to skate directly under the scorching sun (no idea why they didn’t add a shelter to this awesome park).
Some of my favourite tricks:
Firdaus: 360 flip the 3 steps
Dde: Frontside tailslide 270 shuv-it
Afi: Frontside heelflip the pyramid
Shamil: kickflip frontside boardslide the rail (pyramid)
Deming: 180 nosegrind the hubba
Zailan: for having the balls of an elephant (completely fearless!)
Feroze: Nollie late flip up the Euro-gap
Faizal (bam): Biggest kickflip in the world
Syed: New nickname should be butter, flips up the euro-gap were flawless
Bolo: Backside 180 Melon grab the pyramid
Nazeer: Frontside feeble master
Dakotah: Unexpected visiting skater from the US, double flipping up the Euro-gap
Wan J: Pop Shuv-it tail grab over the pyramid & down the stairs
Farris: Heelflip the 3 step
Eddie: Biggest biceps
Sorry if I left you out, so much great skating went down. This is just what I remember off the top of my head. Everyone skated phenomenally well.

razor tv are fails. wth theres this article on rude teens about MJ’s death or smth like that. they classified all the skateboarders at somerset that day as Rude Sg teens.
