About the 10 Tricks video series
We shouldn’t actually have time to be doing videos… We should have our hands full just running our skatepark… But of course life doesn’t always go our way… So, while we wait to get the skatepark approved, please enjoy the videos~

The 10 Tricks video series was Barry’s idea to showcase the local skateboarding scene. It is meant to be casual and fun, and typically involves:

1 day of filming at Somerset Skatepark.

For the sake of picture quality and consideration to other skaters, filming is preferably done under sunlight and when the park isn’t busy.

Happy & fun skateboarding.

The Skater is encouraged to do casual tricks that he likes, and that which best represents his style of skateboarding. No stress.

Video is edited with the skater in mind.

The video is made with input from the Skater. For example the music is always chosen by the Skater (unless we can’t make it flow well with the skating).

I think we will continue making 1 to 2 videos a week until we get busy with our skatepark’s construction. Until then, if you are interested in participating, drop us an email.
