$230 sing isn't too much for a complete set up.
the deck is 7 ply canadian maple - very good
polyurethane wheels - good
extra stick grip tape - very good (my grip tape wears off after a week or two)

trucks and bearings don't matter. They all the same. if they roll, they work AND if they grind they work.

but better not bring this into singapore- u surely need skateboard alarm in case anyone try steal plus road tax for a ferrari skateboard much more than element right?

haha

what kind of flooring will love park have? you should try emulate raffles place. cbd or like an indoor basketball court

With no mention of the bearing technology or ABEC rating I can only assume they are also using some F1 ball bearings .... lol
